Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible while ensuring the smooth operation of purchases of photographs From The Heart Exhibition. Please review our refund policy below:

I’m no longer interested in purchasing the photograph.

• 14 Days or More Before the Exhibition ends: If you cancel your purchase at least 14 days prior to the exhibition closing you will receive a full 100% refund.
• 5 to 13 Days Before the Exhibition Closes: If you cancel between 5 and 13 days before the exhibition ends, you will receive a 50% refund.
• 4 Days or Less Before the Exhibition Ends: Cancellations made 4 days or fewer before the exhibition closing are non-refundable.

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
