Purchasing A Print From The Exhibition

If your bank offers Zelle, you may use it to submit your payment. Please send payment to treasurer@tcpcinc.org and list Treasure Coast Photography Center as the payee. In the memo field, clearly indicate what you are purchasing (for example:”From The Heart Print Purchase”) so your payment can be properly credited. Please complete and submit the form then make your Zelle transaction.

Print Purchase Instructions

Thank you for your interest in purchasing a photograph from the exhibition.

To reserve your selected print, please complete the following two steps:

Step 1: Complete & Submit the Purchase Form

Fill out and submit the purchase form to identify the photograph you wish to reserve.

Step 2: Submit Your 50% Deposit

After submitting the form, click the Donate button and submit 50% of the total purchase price.

  • Only one print may be purchased per transaction
  • Additional prints require separate form submissions and payments
  • This payment secures your selection
  • Payments are refundable in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy

Confirmation

Once both steps are completed and your payment is received, your print will be marked as reserved.

Print Pickup Instructions

Your print purchase may be picked up on May 8 at the Mid Florida Event Center between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Prints will not be held beyond the pickup period

Final Payment

At the time of pickup:

  • Pay the remaining 50% balance
  • 7% sales tax will be applied to the total purchase price
  • Full payment must be completed before the print is released

Important Notes

  • Your initial 50% payment is applied toward the total purchase price
  • Failure to pick up your print during the scheduled window may result in forfeiture of your reservation and payment, subject to policy terms
  • No prints will be released without full payment

Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change and strive to be as flexible as possible while ensuring smooth exhibition operations.

  • 14 Days or More Before the Exhibition Ends: 100% refund
  • 5 to 13 Days Before the Exhibition Ends: 50% refund
  • 4 Days or Less Before the Exhibition Ends: Non-refundable payments
