User Gallery — How It Works
Review the images you personally uploaded, confirm they meet the rules, and track your entries for each contest.
What You’ll See
- Your own submissions only (filename, upload date, and image preview).
- Entries appear automatically after you upload while logged in.
- If multiple contests are active, your entries show under the contest you submitted to.
Note: The User Gallery is for viewing your uploads. Voting happens in the separate Voting Gallery when it opens.
File Requirements
- Size: 1920 px long edge
- Max file: 5 MB
- Profile: sRGB
- Format: JPG/JPEG (unless noted)
If your image doesn’t meet these, please resize/export and re-upload (if the contest allows edits).
Replace or Edit an Entry
- Check if the contest permits replacing images after upload.
- If allowed, use the delete/replace options shown with your entry.
- If no options appear, changes are not permitted for this contest.
Troubleshooting
- Can’t see your image? Confirm you’re logged in with the same account used to upload.
- Not appearing? Verify file size/profile and that the upload finished successfully.
- Still stuck? Contact the contest administrator with your username and contest name.
Heads-up about voting: When the Voting Gallery opens, you’ll be able to view all entries and cast your votes there. If configured for “3-2-1” scoring with stars, that means:
- 3 ★ = First Place
- 2 ★ = Second Place
- 1 ★ = Third Place
You have to be registered and logged in to see the gallery.
