Refund & Cancellation Policy

Treasure Coast Photography Center (TCPC)

At Treasure Coast Photography Center, we are committed to providing high-quality educational experiences while maintaining fairness to all participants. Because many of our programs involve limited enrollment, instructor preparation, model fees, and reserved locations, the following policy applies to all paid registrations unless otherwise stated.


Programs Covered by This Policy

This policy applies to:

  • Workshops

  • Master Classes (single or multi-session)

  • Photo Shoots (studio-based)

  • Photo Treks (field-based)

  • Special instructional events


Participant Cancellation Policy

7 or More Days Before the Event

Full refund, minus any payment processing fees charged by the payment provider.

4–6 Days Before the Event

50% refund, minus processing fees.

3 Days or Less Before the Event

No refund.


Multi-Session Programs

For multi-session workshops or master classes:

  • Refund eligibility is based on the date of the first scheduled session.

  • Once the program has begun, no refunds will be issued for missed sessions.


No-Shows

Participants who do not attend an event and do not notify TCPC prior to the start time are not eligible for a refund.


Transfers

Registrations may not be transferred to future events.

If a participant wishes to transfer their seat to another individual for the same event, TCPC must be notified in advance. Approval is required.

All future events require separate registration and payment.


Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

For Photo Treks and outdoor events:

  • If TCPC cancels an event due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund.

If a participant chooses not to attend due to weather but the event proceeds as scheduled, the standard cancellation timeline applies.


Instructor Cancellation

If an instructor must cancel and the event cannot be rescheduled, participants will receive a full refund.


Minimum Enrollment

Certain events require minimum enrollment to proceed.

If minimum enrollment is not met:

  • The event may be canceled.

  • Participants will receive a full refund.


Payment Processing Fees

Payment processing fees charged by PayPal, credit card providers, or other processors are non-refundable and may be deducted from returned payments.


Agreement to Policy

By registering for a paid event, participants acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
