Studio & Facility Usage for TCPC Members

Our facilities are available to members in good standing through suggested donations. Annual membership is $40 per person. Members enjoy access to:

  • A large studio/meeting area with audio-visual capabilities.
  • lighting (continuous and strobe), backdrops, props, and more—just bring your camera!

Cancellation Policy for Non Members

  • Full Refund: Cancel at least 7 days before the event start time to receive a full refund, including all fees.
  • 50% Refund: Cancel between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time to receive a 50% refund (fees excluded).
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event start time are non-refundable.

Additional Details

  • Guests can cancel within 24 hours of booking confirmation (if made at least 48 hours before the event start time) for a full refund.
  • Hosts commit to reserving their space upon booking confirmation, so cancellations closer to the event may impact the host’s ability to rebook.
