The information you provide will be used to create the event listing on the TCPC website and prepare the email that will be sent to members to promote the event. Complete and accurate information helps us get your event posted and promoted quickly and reduces the need for follow-up questions.

Your request will be sent to the TCPC Webmaster, who will use the information to create the website event and promotional email. You may be contacted if additional information or clarification is needed.
