By submitting images to any Treasure Coast Photography Center (TCPC) contest, exhibition, workshop, or by posting images within TCPC’s public Facebook group, you grant TCPC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use those images for educational, promotional, and informational purposes.
This may include, but is not limited to:
TCPC websites and social media platforms
Promotional materials (digital or print)
Educational presentations, workshops, and lectures
Newsletters, emails, and related communications
Copyright Notice:
The photographer retains full copyright and all rights to their images. No ownership rights are transferred to Treasure Coast Photography Center.
TCPC will make reasonable efforts to credit the photographer when images are used. Images will not be sold or licensed to third parties without the photographer’s explicit written permission.
Submission or posting of images constitutes acceptance of this policy.
